Meta data deletion

Anella accepts signed Meta requests to remove the authorization link and operational credentials associated with the person who authorized the app.

How to request through Meta

1. Open Apps and Websites in your Meta account settings.
2. Remove the Anella app and choose the option to request data deletion.
3. Keep the confirmation code and use the status address supplied by Meta.

The request removes the authorization link and associated operational access. Shared business conversations remain in the company workspace under its applicable retention policy.
